Jennifer N. Shannon (@writerjns) is a writer + artist + curator. She has written and published three books and has had her poetry and short stories published in literary magazines. Recently, her photography collage was featured in the 2021 Maryland State Arts Council virtual exhibit titled "Identity," an essay was published in North Dakota Quarterly and Jennifer was selected to attend the 2021 Hurston/Wright Foundation Writers Weekend for Fiction.

She is currently writing a novel and enjoying all that comes with living and loving without limits.
Jennifer also has 15+ years of marketing experience. Not only in marketing and promoting her own work but also at a Human Resources Consulting Firm. During her tenure at this mid-sized organization, she worked as a digital content marketer and specialist, who developed digital experiences, wrote engaging copy, created organizational personas, led marketing events and webinars and produced videos.
Jennifer spent a year as the marketing director of Yellow Arrow Publishing, where in 2021 she grew social engagement, email open and click rates and made a tremendous impact on the organization by being a member of the board.
